Withdraw Order
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to business customers. Non‑EU customers bear the cost of returning the goods, including international shipping and any customs duties, even if the goods cannot be returned via standard postal services.

- Use the same email address you provided when placing the order.
- Withdrawal is only possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- After a successful search, you can initiate the withdrawal directly.
