WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF YOUR GLASSWARE?

Our glassware is 100% handmade in small series in the Czech Republic. We use high-quality glass and both glass and silicone parts are certified for food & beverages contact according to EU directives. Beware of counterfeits and imitations infringing intellectual property rights that do not meet food contact criteria.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR GLASSWARE AND THOSE OFF THE SHELF?

The world of high-quality glass is built on a strong foundation of history and craftsmanship. That is why we only produce handmade glassware using traditional craft methods. For production, we mainly use crystalin or SIMAX® material, which is resistant to chemicals and thermal shocks. All originals are designed in our studio and each piece is marked by the designer’s signature. We guarantee authenticity and health safety.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN BESPOKE GLASS?

We approach each project with maximum care and originality. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to design, prototype and deliver a sample to the client. Our in-house designs take up to 6 months, as they often include the development of new technological production process.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE SAMPLES?

We value our customers and thanks to them we can support the non-profit sector. Our activities include providing free samples to museums, galleries and selected charities. However, it is not possible for us to provide free samples to private customers or for commercial use.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

For international shipments to remote areas of the EU and outside the EU, the so-called volumetric weight of shipments is charged. The shipping includes handling, packing material, insurance, export customs clearance and the total amount depends on the specific destination. During the order, our calculator will offer you the lowest possible price. All shipments are trackable and delivered under Incoterms DAP.

DO YOU GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY?

We have been shipping glassware worldwide for more than a decade. During that time, we have a lot of experience in how to pack our glassware in the best and most economical way, in order to minimize damage during transport. Notice of claim shall be given to the freight forwarder without undue delay. In case of apparent depreciation or damage, notice shall be given immediately upon the receipt of the goods.

DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS FOR HOTELS, RESTAURANTS AND BARS?

Almost all of our customers are HoReCa professionals. That is why we have already set the lowest possible prices for handmade glassware produced in small series. We approach each project individually, and if you are interested in ordering a larger quantity, we will prepare an offer for you.
